Shipping for up to 50 SIMs is a flat $25.00. Shipping for multiple 4G dongles requires a special quote which will require your approval before we accept and process your order.

Credit Assessment

All telecommunications providers in Australia are required to undertake a Credit Assessment for all services with a minimum contract term longer than one month. This includes a questionnaire and an external credit assessment. The information you have included in this application will be used for this purpose. Generally, a credit assessment is completed within 1 business day, however, on rare occasions it may take up to 3 business days.

This debit or charge will be made through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) from your account held at the financial institution you have nominated below and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.

Broadband Speeds*

I understand ZettaNet cannot guarantee that I will receive a certain mobile broadband speed. Speeds vary based upon many factors including cell tower distance and network congestion.

Shipping*

I understand that shipping for up to 50 SIMs is a flat $25.00 and that shipping for multiple 4G dongles requires a special quote which will require my approval before ZettaNet will accept and process my order.

Static IP*

I understand that in some rare instances Zettagrid may need to change my assigned static IP address. In such cases Zettagrid will endeavour to provide you with 30 days’ notice.

Dynamic IP*

I understand that the service I am subscribing for comes with a Dynamic IP address and that I cannot assign a Static IP to it. In order to get a Static IP address I will need to cancel the existing service and sign up for a service that provides a Static IP.
