Where we supply you with hardware (modem, router or a telephone handset) or where you purchase hardware (modem, router or a telephone handset) from Zettagrid, you are most likely entitled to a warranty under the Competition and Consumer Act. Zettagrid staff will deal with any warranty claims on your behalf with the hardware manufacturer.

Warranties for all hardware (modem or router) purchased from or supplied by Zettagrid are for 12 months from the date of purchase. Some exclusions apply:

  • Hardware not supplied by Zettagrid
  • Damage caused by you or someone in possession of the equipment, for example, damage caused by heat or liquid exposure.
  • Modification of or interference with the equipment.
  • Fire and flood damage or theft of the equipment.
If making a claim, Zettagrid requires that the equipment is returned to Zettagrid for assessment and testing. If the equipment is deemed faulty and it complies with the time limitations, it will be replaced at no cost to you. If no fault is found with the equipment or it is outside of the warranty period, the equipment will be returned to you at no cost.
